Jade, i’ve lost count of the amount of times i’ve started to write this; we worked together for over ten years and I have so many wonderful memories…

The day we first met when you had soup from Refresh. 

That drunken journey back from Birmingham, eating chicken nuggets and singing to the Guardians of the Galaxy soundtrack (I took backing vocals - you had a much better voice). 

The (many, many) Teams calls where we’d put the world to rights.

Your energy, your conviction, your fierce loyalty, and above anything else, your absolute love for your beautiful family.  

In many of our work meetings you’d say you were changing the world in your head, I hope you know how many people’s worlds you really did change for the better Jade.
